Column: It's time for the first quarter price (Princeton)

Winter break is almost here. For most students, it means a trip expected home. the ardent basketball fan, however, this means that the NBA has completed a quarter of his season. The season has offered us parts interesting, great players and interesting scenarios for the moment, which I've compiled this list of first quarter 2010-2011 NBA season.

Rookie headquarters: Blake Griffin

First prize is one of the easiest to give this year. While the Griffins in Los Angeles are in the last place in the League, Griffin has seduced the community NBA dunks bling, inspired by the piece and intense work ethic. Griffin is average 20 points and 12 rebounds per game this year, but its impressive statistic is leads the League in field goals in five feet from the basket. The Neighborhood MVP: Amare Stoudemire

He is averaging 16 points and 4.3 assistance and help with Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Kidd give the Mavericks a chance to break the stranglehold that the Lakers have occurred during the Conference a few years.

Statistical tours: Tim Duncan

Tim duncan is averaged 13,4 points and 9.2 rebounds this year, which is much lower than its numbers of quality normal stars. In spite of Duncan not posting his 18 points of average and 10 rebounds from last year, the San Antonio Spurs still have the best record in the League, 20-3 and quietly make a case for themselves as championship contenders this year. Teammates Richard Jefferson Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili can follow their high level of play, Duncan can sleep quiet season until that begin the playoffs.
